You play as Cecil Harvey, a dark knight who begins the game questioning the morality of his kingdom’s orders. He serves the nation of Baron, which is aggressively stealing magical crystals from other lands.
The king grows mysteriously cold and ruthless, ordering Cecil to commit atrocities. Cecil refuses. This decision sets off the entire story.
